Jonathan found his passion for photography when he bought his first SLR in 2004. His passion quickly grew as he joined his high school dark room class, and continued to grow as a photographer working with Fresh Flow Event Management, Calgary Autism Society, and Calgary Academy were he attended High school. He enjoys shooting Black and White, landscape, street, event, fashion, and portraits.
He initially started his photography career shooting with black and white film. At this time he enjoyed developing and printing his work in a dark room. He would spend his spare time out shooting, working in the dark room developing them. After high school he was asked to shoot a fashion show at Hotel Arts for the Calgary Autism Society, and that is were we first started to enjoy shooting Fashion and Portrait. He was later asked to work for Fresh Flow Event Management as a photographer, and shot several events for them. He also has a love for collecting cameras, and shoots with all of them regularly. Jonathan has been a part of The Camera Store staff since August 3rd, 2010.
